Massaru warrants that its pickleball paddles are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects including, but not limited to:

• Structural separation of paddle face or core not caused by impact
  
• Delamination resulting from manufacturing defects
  
• Handle detachment under normal play conditions
  
• Manufacturing-related rattling or internal defects
  

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Massaru.

This warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by:

• Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scratches, scuffs, and surface texture wear)
  
• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  
• Accidental damage, impact with hard surfaces, or intentional damage
  
• Heat exposure (e.g., leaving paddle in a car or direct sunlight)
  
• Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  
• Use outside of intended pickleball play
  
• Grip wear, edge guard wear, or fading graphics
  

Paddles that show signs of impact damage or misuse will not be eligible for warranty replacement.

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
   
2. Clear photos of the paddle showing the defect
   
3. Serial number or batch code (if applicable)
   
4. A brief description of the issue
   

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period by contacting:
support@massaru.com

If claim is approved, you will receive and RMA number. Please reference RMA number with your shipment of the paddle.

Massaru reserves the right to request the return of the paddle for inspection.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the paddle to Massaru
  
• Massaru will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims
  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Massaru.

Massaru shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of play time, tournament fees, or personal injury.
